As a Cognyter you will:
- Develop, implement, and oversee global OD and learning strategies, including leadership programs, talent development, onboarding, performance management, and employee career paths.
- Create learning solutions (e-learning, face-to-face, and virtual sessions) ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and culture.
- Lead the execution of workshops, training sessions, and learning programs
- Work closely with People department and senior leadership to identify and address skills gaps, promoting a learning culture across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and oversee impactful training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and performance improvement strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality training initiatives.
