Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with software design, architecture, and Machine Learning.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), such as through API integration, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or building applications with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with Generative AI Agents and Front-End Development.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
