Client Engagement:
- Lead client meetings to gather business and technical requirements.
- Analyze client needs and propose customized solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio).
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Develop and present solution concepts tailored to client objectives.
- Collaborate with domain experts to ensure industry-specific needs are met.
- Configure and customize Power Platform solutions to meet project requirements.
- Work with technical specialists for optimal performance and advanced customizations.
- Oversee testing of solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and lead user acceptance testing.
Project Management and Support:
- Collaborate with project managers for timely milestone delivery and assist in project planning.
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions for end-users.
- Provide post-deployment support to maximize adoption.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform developments and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience: 4+ years in consulting, with a proven track record in Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, PL-200, Power Platform Developer Associate).
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and model data effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to document requirements and create project documentation.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with experience in cross-functional environments.
- Client-Facing Skills: Experience managing client expectations and presenting technical information clearly.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge of integrating Power Platform with other business systems.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $88,000 to $132,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
