YOUR FUTURE ROLE

You will participate in the overall release lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, and executing test cases for releases as well as patches in the correspondingCloud landscape. Deployment tests can be inclusive of application updates, DB revision changes, operating system upgrades, security improvements, hardware upgrades or migrations. You will help identify defects, track defect remediation, and include software or solution updates required to resolve issues in future deployments.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a similar field
• Experience in detecting, logging, and reporting bugs & configuration changes
• Familiarity with creating/reviewing test cases
• Background in executing test cases – manual as well as automated
• A sense of urgency and due diligence
• Enthusiasm/Flexibility to jump into something new
• Analytical thinking
• Technical background of tools terraform/ansible is a big plus
• Experience in Test automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress) is a big plus
• Product knowledge of Business Technology Platform (BTP) or S4HANA is a plus
• Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure incl. hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Fundamental SAP HANA database knowledge is a plus
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Should be able to articulate.
• Fluency in written and spoken English

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of QA experience, including manual as well as test automation
• Ideally 1+ year of experience in cloud operations environment, solution support, and management or development
