In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives
- Drive innovation and guide the development of advanced systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
- Identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track
- Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
- Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
- Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum 15 years applicable experience, with at least 10 years of Aerospace
- C/C++, Python, Java, NI-LabView and LabWindows CVI, MATLAB, VBA, Git, Bitbucket, DOORS, JIRA, Microsoft Visual Studio
- Extensive Embedded Software design, Development and Integration, including Hardware Abstraction Layer, Hardware Built-In Test (HBIT), Powerup and Continuous Built-In Tests (PBIT & CBIT)
- Project/Program Management for 15+members team and multiple project
- Do-160, 178, 254 experience
- Arinc 429, 422, CAN, SPI, I2C, ASCB and A818 Experience
- System Architecture Modeling and Input Output Configuration SAMIOC/HARMONIC experience
