About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Growth Marketing Team Lead to oversee and grow our paid acquisition efforts. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through paid media campaigns. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms, ensuring we meet ambitious growth targets while maintaining efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid social specialists, setting clear goals, KPIs, and growth plans.
- Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a best-in-class paid acquisition strategy across *Push* channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Podcast, etc.).
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze performance data, identify opportunities for scaling, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget Ownership: Manage budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, product, and analytics teams to drive testing roadmaps, creative iterations, and audience targeting strategies.
- Innovation: Stay on top of emerging platforms, tools, and trends in paid social to identify new opportunities for growth.
