Senior Associate - Risk Management Services
This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out of the box thinking, logical reasoning, sound verbal & written communication skills, ability to make prompt yet well informed decisions.
Technical expertise
- Design and execute advanced communications and special projects.
- Lead coordination efforts across departments.
- Experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create 'client value' insights from complex data.
- Manage complex project schedules and deliverables.
- Analyze and report on project outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all communications.
People Management
- Manage performance of the team members from setting goals to assessing performance against goals to providing performance feedback
- Manage and address potential conflicts amongst the team members
- Work cohesively with the team to address their issues/concerns and maintain a positive working environment
- Ensure adherence to work-flow protocol and tools
- Coordinate training schedules for new and existing members of the team
- Coach and mentor team members for professional development and recommends training requirements to address perceived gaps
- Identify training, learning & development opportunities for the team members

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Exposure of handling client interaction
- Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills in English
- Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
- Attention to detail and a solution oriented approach
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Proficiency in SharePoint and advanced MS Office skills.
