Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience working in product safety or equivalent experience with Information Technology Equipment or an advanced degree.
- Experience with product delivery lifecycles and networking principles.
- Experience with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, hi-pot testers, electronic loads, data acquisition units), and using UNIX/Linux.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).
- Experience with networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, Physical and network layers of OSI Model, SSH, Telnet).
- Experience working within a team environment.
- Experience setting up, obtaining, and maintaining industry standards lab accreditation, with the ability to write test scripts.
- Ability to execute efficiently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
