The Human Factors Attribute Team ensures that desirable physical user experiences are translated from ideas into a series of engineering attribute requirements and drive them to execution. We accomplish this by creating high-level systems engineering documents using human factors principles and leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that will delight our customers.

This requires close collaboration with Design, Digital Product Design, Human Centered Design, Marketing, Engineering and Program Management
