The Project Manager (PM) takes responsibility and accountability for delivering all elements of a series of projects - associated with process transition and meeting the audit needs. Depending on project scale and complexity, the PM may lead several projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Drive change management related to Migrations process.
  2. Contribute to process improvement and control initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with Migration approvers/ Risk leads for end-to-end governance.
  4. Performing analysis to assess the timelines.
  5. Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns & predictions using relevant data
  6. Driving governance arounds scorecards, recertification of Inter Affiliate Services (IAS) charters
  7. Quality Assurance of IAS charters including accuracy of scorecards
  8. Ensuring audit readiness of the process from IAS and migrations standpoint

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • BTech / CA / CWA / MBA with 2-4 years / Graduate or Post-Graduate with 3-6 years’ experience in Project Management and Data Analytics
  • Candidates will preferably have a mix of technical, analytical & soft skills with experience on data manipulation & visualization using data analytics tools, e.g. Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL , Power BI
  • Familiarity with a coding language would be an added advantage, e.g., Java, C++
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to summarize findings into concise, high-level points geared towards the audience and visually depict key data and findings.
  • Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationships.
  • Must be confident and experienced and also be able to interact at senior / middle management level.
  • Must be able to get to grips with and manage scope (requirements definition, workshop management & facilitation etc.).
  • Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one’s own work to achieve them.
  • Flexibility to work global hours.
  • Ability to upskill to latest technologies being used.
  • Experience on driving governance/audit readiness is preferred.
