As a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role insupporting the Connected Buildings Global Business Enterprise (GBE) withinHoneywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). With a focus on financial management and analysis,you will contribute to the success of the Connected Buildings GBE by providingstrategic insights and financial guidance. Your expertise in finance andbusiness acumen will help drive profitability, optimize financial performance,and support decision-making processes.
You will report directly to our Finance Director and work out of ourUnited States location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial health andsuccess of the Connected Buildings GBE. You will be responsible for financialplanning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives.Your key responsibilities will include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans and budgets forthe Connected Buildings GBE.
• Conduct financialanalysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and driveprofitability.
• Monitor andanalyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommendcorrective actions.
• Support thedevelopment of business cases and financial justifications for new initiativesand investments.
• Ensure compliancewith financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide financialguidance and support to the Connected Buildings GBE leadership team.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degreein Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong financialanalysis and modeling skills.
• Proficiency infinancial planning and analysis tools.
