• Gather and analyze fluid samples to monitor concentration levels
• Adjust concentrations and perform corrective actions based on analysis results
• Perform fluid quality checks on required machinery
• Log and report all findings to the Supervisor and Quality department
• Maintain communication with suppliers to address issues and shortages
• Track fluid usage and manage inventory
• Conduct monthly safety inspections
• Manage system dumps and oversee the fluid quality system
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
• High School diploma or equivalent
• CNC equipment and fluid sampling experience (required)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports
• Prior safety inspection or quality system experience
• Familiarity with supplier communication and inventory control processes
