At Meta, we use many different programming languages for a wide variety of platforms and use cases. As one of our documentation engineers / technical writers, you will be part of a team responsible for documenting the technical concepts associated with these programming languages and platforms, focusing on the quality, discoverability and accuracy of technical content. You will do hands-on research and obtain necessary technical content from subject matter experts while translating it into clear, concise, structured documentation. This means sometimes you are documenting something yourself, sometimes you are editing contributed content from someone else, and other times you are fixing and reorganizing existing documentation. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of project management and delivery related to the release and adoption of software.
