You will lead and manage Mechanical Engineering team, plan resource allocation and ensure flawless project completion, allowing you to develop your skills in an industry leading organization. You will deal will exciting projects within the International Defense segment of Honeywell Aerospace, which would broaden your technical scope and relevant competencies.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Mech development projects and take end to end ownership of Mech delivery. Skilled in Project Management practices and work with cross-functional teams to remove any impediments.
Drive Weekly/Monthly Execution MOS to provide updates to Leadership on delivery milestones, risks & mitigations, metrics, and improvements
Guide the development team on technical challenges by using his prior development experience and/or leveraging the expertise from other Honeywell groups.
Identify opportunities and get the improvements implemented for the development, delivering improvement ideas, IDFs, enhanced performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Leverage Honeywell and co-source resources effectively and efficiently to ensure rapid solution delivery, while also creating collaborative work culture within the team.

Key requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering, preferably focused on mechanical science.
Total experience of 5+ years within the mechanical engineering segment, 3+ years in team leading are preferred.
Strong organizational and people leading skills, including excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), must be able to communicate seamlessly with all stakeholders.
Skilled in Resource Management – Must manage people aspects such as goal setting, appraisal, periodic engagement meetings with team, trainings as per Honeywell practices
Able to drive Innovation, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement culture within the team.
