What you'll do

We are looking for Business Processes Associate Consultant for our team, that will:

• Support consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
• Support in mapping business processes and solution requirements
• Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
• Support solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards
• Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
• Support other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
• Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
• Introduce SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
• Deliver solution training to customer team members
• Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services
• Understand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
• Support in solution testing and issue resolution

What you bring

• Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or equivalent.
• Recently Graduate or less than 3 years of working experience
• Functional Experience
• Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
• Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Suite
• English: Fluent
• French: Fluent
