- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience, including 8 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing 360 partnership (e.g. balance of trade or compliance related) programs and initiatives
- Experience in team or people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Experience with account management of large accounts, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheet software, Tableau).
- Experience in developing, implementing, and driving adoption of procurement-related programs.
- Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional or global teams, including managing and influencing teams of senior professionals and managers and establishing performance expectations.
- Subject Matter Expertise with 360 partnership (e.g. balance of trade) programs and knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and standards.
- Ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to procurement activities.
