Manage and Plan Accounts : Oversee major accounts, ensuring that their needs are met while maximizing revenue potential.

Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition : Clearly convey the benefits and advantages of the company's PPE products, ensuring clients understand the value they bring.

Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle : Ensure the sales process progresses smoothly, addressing any hiccups or obstacles promptly.


MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years in Sales/Account Management, with at least 2 years in the PPE industry or a related sector.

WE VALUE:

  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
  • Strong influencing skills; capable of persuading individuals at all levels across the organization.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a matrixed environment.
