This position supports the creation of outbound marketing lists used for direct mail, outbound calling, email, etc. It requires strong attention to detail, while following a structured process to ensure all legal, compliance, and business requirements are satisfied.In this role, you will consult with program owners who provide audience selection requirements for specific direct marketing campaigns. You will use these requirements to generate lists of customers to target in the direct marketing campaigns. SAS and SQL are some of the current tools used to develop logic to support execution of various one-to-one direct marketing efforts. Pega Marketing is another tool we use to create our audiences and we will also start to use other analytical tools such as Python in the future. Proficiency in competencies such as business acumen, problem solving, and analytical thinking will help you be successful in this role.
Job Description

• Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.
• Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
• Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
• Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
• Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
