Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with partners, customers, etc.
- Ability to balance long-term critical thinking with short-term project execution and team priorities
- 10+ year experience on large scale distributed system design, operation and optimization and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Strong technical skills with an ability to dive deep into architectural challenges when needed
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with engineering productivity related technologies (release infrastructure, testing infrastructure, etc)
- Experience with search infrastructure or machine learning infrastructure
- Experience with cluster management and optimization
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
