Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical Trial Responsibilities - Trains on and maintains knowledge of clinical trial protocols, CRM Clinical Department standard operating procedures, and compliance with regulations of world-wide regulatory bodies to meet corporate and departmental objectives.
- Manages clinical trial activity within his/her assigned territory which includes but is not limited to completing Interest Visits and Site Initiation Visits.
- Educates clinical investigators on clinical trial protocols, clinical process, and investigational products and features.
- Commercial/Sales Responsibilities -Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of commercially approved products by giving presentations and demonstrations.
- Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales of commercially approved products.
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
- General Responsibilities -Meets with existing and potential customers and clinical investigators to identify their clinical needs and research interests.
- Provides technical support for clinical trial and commercial procedures including implants and follow up visits. This includes direct patient contact in the hospital or clinic setting.
- Follows company and divisional guidelines for managing commercial inventory and investigational product inventory used in the clinical trial protocol throughout the clinical process.
- Travels to accommodate clinical trial and commercial implant and follow up case coverage by being on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with pacemakers and ICDs and CRTDs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working closely with customers in specified region
- Minimum of 3 years of device interrogation, interpretation, and programing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educating internal and external partners via various methods
- This role includes domestic travel upto 75%
Preferred qualifications:
- Working knowledge and interest in EP ablation procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable of the clinical trial processing
