Key job responsibilities
• You work with your team and across World Wide Tech Deploy to understand the various processes, mechanisms, and tools used to execute the business. You ensure they are properly sized and positioned to support evolving business needs.
• You understand the data and metrics necessary to track and report performance across World Wide Tech Deploy Leadership and the organizations we support. You and your team enable processes and mechanisms to ensure our leaders and teams have access to these KPI’s as well as providing value-added analytics.• You are able to establish and maintain a mechanism for understanding and tracking the readiness of our teams and our partners with respect to training requirements.
• You work with external teams to help ensue our data and metrics are properly positioned and available as we report up and across to other organizations.
A day in the life

- 5+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience influencing and collaborating with others across technical and non-technical work scopes and environments Experience managing teams of product/program managers, analysts, and intelligence engineers

- Experience in software development
- Master’s degree
- Experience leading internal and external tooling and development teams
- Experience with organizational training, tracking of training requirements, and mechanisms/tooling to monitor and support.
