• Support internal employee development programs and engagement activities
• Assist in organizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion activities for employee engagement
• Create internal content (emails, posts) and manage the monthly newsletter and Info Hub SharePoint for South East Europe
• Assist with the internal invoice approval process (PR/PO creation)

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH:

• Student of Business Studies, Human Resources, Communications or similar
• Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
• Good communication skills & a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiastic about working in a multi-cultural team environment and on diverse topics
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in developing Employee related event organization skills and/or content creation skills

ELIGIBILITY

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 2025 - July 2025
• Ability to relocate to Athens in Greece for the full duration of the internship
