Job responsibilitiesThe key strategic objectives for this role include:
- Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art text classification algorithms and models to address real-world problems in the Pricing domain
- Work with large language models such as GPT-3, BERT, or similar architectures to build custom NLP solutions tailored to specific applications.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning research, and integrate new techniques into our projects.
- Document research findings, develop technical reports, and contribute to patents or publications when applicable.

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant, broad research experience after PhD degree or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in text classification techniques, including deep learning methods, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- A track record of conducting research in NLP, demonstrated by publications, projects, or contributions to the NLP community.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to convey complicated processes and systems to business partners.

- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in applying NLP techniques in e-commerce and/or Pricing domain
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle competing priorities.
