Are you interested in an o-op opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3-6 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Latham, NY. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

• Assist with safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and documentation, recordkeeping in the EHS management system.
• Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Help maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collect and analyze safety and environmental data to identify trends.
• Support sustainability initiatives and waste reduction programs.

You're the right fit if:

• You are pursuing a pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Heath, Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or Biological Sciences
• Understanding of basic OSHA, Cal OSHA, EPA, and other EHS regulations.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $46.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
