Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms at scale to drive innovation in our games
- Dive into multi-game projects to leverage data and provide insights that elevate the player experience at launch and beyond- Utilize machine learning to build products or inform decisions that directly improve player engagement, retention, and monetization
- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle including data acquisition, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and deployment
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

2. Leverage data and provide insights to enhance the player experience at launch and beyond, working on multi-game projects.4. Utilize machine learning to build products or inform decisions that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization.
5. Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data acquisition, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and deployment.
6. Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to drive continuous improvement in games.

- 3+ years of data scientist experience
- 3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience
- 3+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
