Key job responsibilities
- Work independently to machine, fabricate, assemble and modify tooling & test equipment- Ability to be flexible, support changing priorities and ambitious deadlines
- Support other development, production and facilities teams as required- Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks), and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.Export Control Requirement:
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.A day in the life
You will employ both conventional and digital manufacturing techniques to create engineering models, prototypes and one off devices.

- 4+ years working experience in a relevant field such as prototype fabrication, prototype machining or as a Model Maker
- Knowledge of sound machining principals including setup, cutter selection and order of operations. Ability to hold tolerances down to +/- .0005
- Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks), and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

- Degree or certificate in a related field
- Rigging experience
- Knowledge of 3D Modeling/CAD
- Cross-organizational communication – comfortable evangelizing ideas and concerns clearly and persuasively, in both verbal and written forms.
