Minimum Qualifications
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of Finance / Business experience in a fast-paced environment; forecasting and/or FP&A experience desired
- Proven experience building and/or running high-performance teams; able to form positive relationships with several business partners and peers
- Proven track record to conduct sophisticated, data driven analysis. Solid understanding of Excel required, experience with enterprise software systems (e.g. SAP, Adaptive Insights) a plus
- Strong business acumen and high intellectual curiosity with demonstrated interest in real estate finance
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of complex analysis in simple terms
- Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate through a large organization; can thrive in a hardworking, collaborative environment
- SAP and Tableau experience a plus; Real Estate experience a plus; MBA a Plus
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $220,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
