Your Responsibilities Include:
- Be the subject matter expert for demand planning processes using Kinaxis and other planning tools.
- Collaborate with end users and IT to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements, break/fixes, and enhancements for demand planning and SI&OP processes.
- Communicate key priorities, initiatives, and best practices to the demand planning community; drive development, testing, change control, and deployment of enhancements.
- Lead process mapping, requirements gathering, design evaluation, and testing for solution implementation.
- Construct and adhere to project plans, identifying dependencies, resources, and timelines; manage project status, issues, and action items.
- Develop and deliver new user and refresher training content for the demand planning community.
- Foster a community that shares best practices and drives innovative ideas for further improving our planning processes.
- Provide ongoing business process and systems support to end users.
- Resolve technical issues with diagnosis, recommendations, and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology or combination of bachelor's and equivalent work experience
- 5+ years Supply Chain process and/or system implementation experience with a focus on demand planning.
- In-depth knowledge of demand planning techniques, performance indicators, and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) procedures.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a strong capacity for prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience translating complex concepts for diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to a flexible schedule across multiple time zones.
- System Experience: SQL experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Systems Experience: SAP ECC / S4, Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response, Atlassian Jira
- IBF (Institute of Business Forecasting) – CPF (Certified Professional Forecaster) or ACPF (Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster)
- Experience writing business process and testing documentation.
- Experience demonstrating functionality and providing training and user support.
- Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences
Maximum Salary: $ 132000
