Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience working as a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner or HR Generalist with consulting to the business on performance management, reorganizations, talent management or change.
Experience with Human Resource (HR) process and providing HR business solutions.
Experience of managing stakeholders (e.g., national and international).
Experience with Swiss labor law.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence and coaching and mentoring others.
Experience in Human Resource (HR) or people programs.
Experience in working with a system or Artificial Intelligence (AI) supported tools.
Ability to focus on client-service with delivering quality customer service.
Excellent interpersonal, consultation, teamwork and organizational skills.
Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for reporting.
