Perform comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and reporting functions by analyzing and interpreting tax legislation, ensuring regulatory adherence and strategic tax efficiency to minimize the organization’s legal tax liabilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Oversee and ensure accurate, timely preparation and submission of all tax returns (federal, state, local, and international). Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and manage audits and inquiries from tax authorities.

•Develop and maintain tax policies, manage tax software, control tax department budgets, and participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
NoEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
