In this senior leadership role, you will guide a team of experienced sponsorship and events professionals, blending strategic vision with hands-on expertise. Beyond applying foundational event strategies, you will introduce innovative approaches to elevate market visibility and create impactful experiences. With a long-term perspective, you will consistently deliver compelling client and brand engagements that set new standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead a team of experienced sponsorship and events professionals, blending strategic leadership with practical delivery.
• Develop and execute innovative sponsorship and event strategies that elevate market visibility and create compelling client experiences.
• Drive long-term engagement programs that consistently deliver exceptional outcomes and set new standards for brand impact.

Skills and attributes for success

• Proven expertise in events and sponsorship management, with a passion for designing and implementing strategies and programs from the ground up.
• Extensive B2B marketing experience (10+ years) in fast-paced, dynamic environments; agency experience is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver leading-edge event and client engagement strategies, achieving outstanding outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify innovative solutions.
• Resilience under pressure, including crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-stakes situations.
