JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide expert technical support to customers, resolvingcomplex technical issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant technologiesand products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop andimplement technical support strategies
• Contribute to the development and improvement oftechnical support processes and tools
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including customers and internal teams


• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in technicalsupport or a similar role
• Expertise in relevant technologies and products
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multipleprojects and tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;Master's degree preferred
• Expert technical knowledge and subject matter expertise
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Results-oriented approach and ability to meet businessobjectives
