CLSS Customer Success Manager (Spain)– responsibilities and activities:

You will be responsible to maximize CLSS adoption across all its customer base in South Europe, primarily Spain, and increase retention by offering an unmatched customer experience. You will have to build a deep understanding of a customer situation, and a clear view of the market and Honeywell offering. Once we land an opportunity, you will prioritize customer needs and coach them on how to get the most of CLSS – therefore, your role is crucial.

You own the customer’s use and expansion of CLSS, but you won’t be alone. You will partner primarily with CLSS Offering, Sales and Demand Generation teams to understand the market, the business, our customers and what we offer. You will be involved in many phases of the customer lifecycle and therefore have a good overview of the big picture. You will recognize which problems affect multiple customers and what this can mean for possible churn. You will also have an overview of upcoming product upgrades and changes, in light of your customer feedback.

You will also act as a change champion, internally and externally. Even if your customers have been using CLSS for a while, you will continuously seek feedback, ask if everything is ok, where CLSS is used regularly, how often, which solutions, on which use cases, why, what can be improved etc. As the person working closely with our users, your point of view is critical in how we continue to invest and improve our services. Beyond this, you will ensure that the CLSS benefits becomes part of the customer operations’ DNA.
