Description
Develop innovative design concepts for specific architectural components, systems, details and create work product for internal approval reviews.Understand and interpret local and international building codes, integrating comprehensive design solutions that are compliant with local and or international building codes.Contribute to strategic thinking and innovative development of improvements for exiting store designs across all existing store types.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of architecture and construction industry experience.
  • Professional degree in architecture or construction management.
  • Demonstrate flexible thinking and creative problem solving within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and finalize projects effectively and independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills required to develop strong working relationships across business groups and key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional licensure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of common construction methods, materials, and practices.
  • Ability to express ideas and concepts by freehand sketching.
  • Working knowledge of CAD, SketchUp, BIM tools and strategies.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion and curiosity for architectural design and the arts.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $85,700 and $129,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
