The COB & CM Intmd Analyst supports Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM).
Manages risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impact to business, and required corrective actions.
Collects and analyzes security risk evidence and coordinates with internal and external compliance and auditing agencies officials.
Interfaces with business managers, end-users, and technical staff for provisioning access and exercises independent judgment in analyzing, configuring, and fulfilling required security solutions.
Develops procedures and process control manuals. Initiates and manages the assessment, knowledge transfer, and transition of new security and or COB systems.
Generates metrics and manages productivity to ensure service level agreements and client expectations are met.
Troubleshoots and resolved the more complex and escalated issues not able to be addressed by the help desk requiring solid attention to detail.
Utilizes good understanding of IS COB & Controls procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas; identifies and analyzes problems; recommends and implements solutions.
Resolves moderately complex problems projects through evaluation of business processes, system processes and industry standards.
Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in IS COB & Controls in accomplishing objectives.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all application coordination aspects of their assigned Denial of Service (DOS) Test:
Data Center and Tech Room Site DOS Test, Quarterly Test, and Sponsored DOS Test.
EUC Standalone Testing
Production Swing Testing
Responsible for end-to-end test planning and execution for their assigned suite of applications for a sponsored DOS Test; including ensuring major deliverables are met on a timely basis.
Interface with Application Teams, Disaster Recovery Coordinators, Technology Recovery Coordinators, and Production Support as part of the planning and execution of a DOS sponsored test.
Support the Business Coordinator as part of Lead BRCs Test Planning meetings and provide guidance on how to test.
Ensure Application Teams have entered their test results within a day after the test and approve the test results within five business days after the test.
Responsible for working with Business Coordinator and Business Functionality Testers to validate failed test results.
Work with Application Teams to perform post mortem/lesson learn for application failures and register proper categories in COBTRAC
Responsible for, in event of a real crisis/disaster, working with the Application Teams to recover the application to the applications/ recovery sites and reporting to the Project Manager with issues/concerns.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on technical recovery and testing capabilities.
Responsible for continual improvements and enhancements to the DOS Testing Framework.

Requirements:
English level advance
Bachelor university degree complete
2+ years of relevant Business Continuity experience
Knowledge about Business Continuity principles and procedures across all aspects of business planning and regulatory compliance
