Lead Data Product Integrity Specialist


In this role, you will:

  • Organize and lead complex companywide initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes

  • Oversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements

  • Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues

  • Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality

  • Adhere to data governance standards and procedures

  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of data governance standards and procedures

  • Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data

  • Lead or assist in coordinating various SMEs to identify and put together remediation plans for prioritized data deficiencies

  • Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members

  • Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy

  • Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility

  • Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies

  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution

  • Work with WIM product teams and/or WIM RAUs to facilitate compliance with the Data Management Policy and Procedures across the produce portion of the data life cycle


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of data quality or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of data governance challenges and approaches: metadata, data quality, and data stewardship

  • Knowledge and understanding of data governance program development and implementation in a large organization across multiple business functions

  • Metadata management and data integrity skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Data Models, ERD, Dimensional Models and Metadata

  • Experience with data governance compliance programs and controls

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Prior financial industry experience supporting Wealth and Investment Management businesses including knowledge of data pertaining to brokerage/trust products

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • Experience with leveraging data for analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial industry compliance requirements

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate, execute, and communicate on large-scale projects and cyclical routines

  • Experience in identifying gaps in training materials and participating in creation or deploying materials

  • Relationship management experience with business and technology partners


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule in one of the listed job locations

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Pay Range

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
