Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with Environmental Health and Safety in a data center or other similar industrial environment.
- Experience with identifying safety risks and implementing solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) or certification from an equivalent agency.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to identify key issues, gather, and analyze large data sets to support hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to create workable project plans including project scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
