Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for all new hire Associates and TMOs, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop and deliver standardized programs for new hires within Payment Sales, focusing on their first 90 days, and ongoing development initiatives
- Manage the internal transition of associates moving from Analysts to Associates or transitioning from other LOBs/roles.
- Act as an additional resource for Associate line managers in partnership with Program Manager, providing guidance and support to Associates through their new hire journey.
- Represent CB Payment Sales in cross-functional initiatives related to sales, service, implementation, product, and operations. Address issues related to Treasury Services processes and products, focusing on risk management and client experience.
- Adhere to the control environment for business growth and expansion, identifying and acting on efficiency opportunities.
- Manage change and process improvements, including impact assessment, documentation, communication, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience in Treasury Services, particularly in businesses similar to Payments in Commercial Bank
- In-depth knowledge of Treasury Services products, strategies, and the regulatory landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across various business levels.
- Openness to active developmental feedback from peers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including PitchPro.
