Job Description- Resolves complex and high-risk issues that have reached an escalation point within the assigned business segment. Actively coaches and mentors members of the assigned team. Acts as an escalation point and subject matter resource for complex issues from the assigned business segment. Balances customer and service partner demands received from multiple channels in an accelerated and challenging environment.
- Researches, analyzes and makes decisions for complex escalated customer complaints, while taking into account regulatory and investor requirements through all customer channels.
- Documents the problem resolution process and response to internal and external stakeholders, including senior level executives/managers, for investigated complaints.
- Acts as a point person/subject matter expert for any escalated issues from the enterprise. Provides coaching and guidance to representatives. Facilitates discussions with internal and external parties to influence alignment of outcomes.
- Acts as a customer advocate in accordance with our Customer Advocacy Principles. Identifies trends negatively impacting customer experience and escalates to the proper channels for root cause analysis.
