What you need to know about the role-In this role you will be responsible for identifying and implementing seamless self-service experiences for customers to resolve their issues when contacting PayPal via Chat or IVR.

Your day to day

In your day to day

• You will work with our Product partners to identify opportunities for creating our improving our products.

• You will be primarily working on a team that is responsible for creating self -service flows in chat and IVR

• The tech stack you will be working on primarily is – Google Dialog Flow, Java, Sprint boot, REST, Microservices

• You will work with our engineering partners across locations.

What do you need to bring-

• 2 yrs to 4.5 yrs industry exp.

• The following technical skills are must have’s – Java, Sprint Boot, REST, Agile, Node.js, React.js

• Exp in developing IVR and Chat bot using GDF (Google Dialog Flow) or similar technology preferred.

• You need to be motivated and self-learner and we expect you to ramp up quickly.

• Problem solving and innovative mindset.
