Opportunities include:

  • Working with all risk areas of the organization and interacting with varying levels of risk managers
  • Assisting in the development of the enterprise level risk management approach to Policy governance and other priorities of the Enterprise Risk Management team
  • Leading enterprise Policy related initiatives and assist in developing associated systems

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of day-to-day Policy management
  • SME and Enterprise Policy Requirements Policy (EPRP) Manager
  • Review of all Policies to meet EPRP requirements
  • Assist Policy owners in creation, revision and maintenance of all Policies, Frameworks and Standards
  • Policy Activity Reporting
  • Lead monthly meetings on upcoming Policy changes
  • Enterprise Policy Management System primary business contact

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
  • Advanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
  • Ability to maintain a constant focus on accuracy and quality in a deadline-driven environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
  • Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
  • Must possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • Experience with Archer applications
  • Applicable professional certifications preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
