Service and maintenance of all Honeywell and third party Building Services and M&E plant equipment
Day to day liaison with the client in the planning and delivery of onsite servicing, repairs, maintenance and calibration; including diagnosing and repairing faults
Determine equipment and plant upgrade needs for implementation and inform management in a timely manner, report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement
Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
Key skills and qualifications
Previous work experience in servicing and maintaining building services, gas and electrical systems undertaking pre planned maintenance and statutory compliance maintenance completion
Strong problem-solving capabilities, interrogating complex faults within large commercial mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations
17th/18th Edition IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) Qualification
Ability to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team
Ability to work safely at all times and the ability to communicate and report on Statutory Health & Safety or compliance requirements/regulations
