Mapping of business process to enterprise IT-architecture.
Define requirements for individual development or integration needs.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Drives business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions
Maps business processes to SAP solution requirements
Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
Drives change management to achieve business transformation objectives
Supports end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying SAP methodologies and standards
Participates in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific industries
Supports pre-sales activities
Performs solution reviews and feasibility studies
Supports escalated projects
Occasionally takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery
Delivers customer workshops and trainings
Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services
Supports the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio
Several years of experience in business process consulting (3+)
Has a minimum of five years' experience in service delivery
Has a minimum 2 of full-cycle SAP solutions implementation completed projects
Good understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes > Holistic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Suite
Has performed feasibility studies / PoCs etc.
Good understanding of public cloud software Managerial Experience
As a sub project lead and/or team lead in a service engagement
