Working within one of our Program and Construction Management (PMCM) teams, You will gain exposure to field operations, design quality control, project execution, and strategic problem-solving while contributing tangible value to a large K12 school construction program. You will support senior project management staff in all aspects of the project, gaining meaningful and real-world project experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff in executing project management tasks, including:
- Quality, cost, and schedule control
- Contract administration
- Program governance and document control
- Task management and coordination
- Support Field quality control through regular field visits and observation reports
- Engage in design reviews to gain project insights and enhance quality control throughout the design and permitting process
- Independently execute discrete project tasks which support actual project challenges with senior oversight
- Provide input to improve accessibility of entry level roles to emerging professionals
