JOB DESCRIPTION

As an SBG HR Business Partner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and owning HR and talent strategies for your function across the Europe and META regions. You will partner with and influence leaders to lead transformational initiatives across talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development/effectiveness. You will leverage your HR functional experience and organizational savvy to align business objectives with critical human resource and talent solutions. You will report directly to our CORP HR Director. In this role, you will impact the success and sustainability of Honeywell by strategically identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining skilled individuals in the Europe region. You will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Drive HR excellence ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to the organization.

• Develop and deploy talent strategy, bringing a holistic talent view to implement solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Partner with business leaders, local COE’s and Regional teams and global HR, to drive effectiveness in leadership development, engagement, performance management, and career development.

• Determine strategic and operational plans aligned with Corporate initiatives.

• Develop stakeholder change management plans to support organizational change.

• Provide organization development and effectiveness strategies.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a recent focus on business partnering and HR strategy implementation.

• HR functional excellence with experience as a generalist and specialist.

• Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results as an HR leader within a global organization.

• Proven track record in leading transformational change and managing change management.

• Large-scale project management experience.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to quickly build trust, empower and motivate leaders and teams.

• Strong business acumen to drive both the HR strategy and the business strategy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
