Your role will be instrumental in delivering seamless, high-performance applications that enhance the way attendees interact, learn, and connect at AWS events with events attended by up to 60K users.Key job responsibilities
Full stack development of mobile applications, using cross-platform development technologies like React Native. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. Lead projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, test and launch innovative application experience. Drive the product vision and translate business requirements into customer-facing features that delight attendees. Enhance and optimize existing software components, ensuring reliability and maintainability of the codebase through continuous refactoring and performance optimization. Provide mentorship to other engineers. Ensure mobile applications comply with security, data protection, accessibility standards, and App Store/Play Store guidelines

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Solid understanding of React/ React Native concepts, including component lifecycle, state management, and navigation.

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Experience with native Android and iOS development (Java, Kotlin, Swift) for integrating native modules or components.
