Own controller design and qualification for multiple motion axes on a highly-complex reticle inspection tool
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to define mechanism sensing and actuation designs
Model and measure system dynamics to support mechanism design and troubleshooting
Drive the design and build of tools/test benches for debugging, analysis, and evaluation of control performance
Apply knowledge in sensors, actuators, control algorithms, signal processing, and data analysis methods to solve customer problems
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including software, electrical, mechanical and optical engineers to define plans for system-level testing and debugging
Generate documentation for reviews including design specifications and procedures for testing and troubleshooting
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Degree and related work experience of 5 years
