Description
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical product development. You partner closely with design, engineering and data science teams, as you design feasibility and outcome studies, and synthesize information across teams and theories to form a unique methodology. Additional responsibilities include:• Identify the various theories of psychological health and wellbeing and engage with authorities within the field.• Conduct detailed literature reviews and summarize key points.• Communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners.• Anticipate, adjust for, and communicate problems, risks, and roadblocks.This is a site based role.
Minimum Qualifications
  • PsyD, PhD, or MD in psychology, psychiatry or related field, with an emphasis in social, health, contemplative, or clinical science, or PhD candidate in a behavioral science.
  • Expertise in areas including evidenced based research to assess and promote wellbeing, positive psychology, meditation and compassion based interventions, and emotion regulation.
  • Background in developing scalable interventions for wellbeing.
  • Digital product experience or experience working in companies with digital health/wellbeing products and experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify sophisticated scientific concepts and communicate these to non-medical team members.
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
