As an Equity Strategy Associate within the Global Equity Strategy team you will be resposible to advise both internally and externally, on single stocks, as well as delivering thought leadership on a sector- and index-level. The team is responsible for creating the quarterly equity outlook and developing single stock recommendations for clients and advisors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality written content, including market commentaries, white papers, and newsletters, to communicate investment insights and strategies internally to stakeholders.
  • Create engaging presentations and visual content to support client meetings and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all platforms
  • Produce detailed research reports and presentations on equity markets and investment strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 4+ years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related field within the financial services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of global equity markets and investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial writing and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and understanding their unique investment needs is a plus
  • A Master’s degree or CFA designation is preferred
