私たちはLLMを含む機械学習モデル用のアノテーションデータの品質検証を行うシニアレベルのデータアソシエイトを探しています。エンジニアやデータサイエンティストなどのカスタマーに納品するデータの正確度をKPIとし、Alexa Shoppingの根幹となる機械学習のモデルのためにデータの品質を保証できるように分析などを通じて検証を行うためのオペレーションチームです。シニアデータアソシエイトはデータの品質確認やエラートレンドの分析、品質向上の提案、業務の効率化といった業務に情熱を持って作業ができる必要があります。Key job responsibilities
特に、シニアデータアソシエイトとして求められることは：
②品質チェックの結果に基づいて、エラーの動向を分析し、原因と改善策の提案を行う。
③品質チェックの正確度（Auditor Quality）および生産性、稼働率、納品日のターゲットを達成できるように、正確な品質チェックとタイムマネジメントを行う。
④業務の効率化のアイディア提案やプロジェクト実行、プロジェクトリードを行う。
⑤アノテーションツールのテクニカルイッシュが発生した時に適度に報連相を行う。
⑥新しいプロセスやツールなどの導入サポートを行う。Key job responsibilities include:1. Checking/auditing annotation data according to required quality guidelines across multiple, different tasks
2. Analyzing error trends based on quality checks/audits, identifying root causes, and proposing ideas for enhancements
3. Ensuring targets are met for audit quality, productivity, operating rate, and data deliveries through accurate quality checks/audits and personal time management
4. Proposing ideas for process efficiency, and leading improvement initiatives
5. Coordinating technical issue resolution with annotation tools together with relevant POCs
6. Supporting the on-boarding of new processes or tools

・1年以上のデータ処理もしくはデータ分析の経験
・ 母国語が日本語あるいはネイティブに近い日本語力（読み書き、会話ともに必須）
・高いコミュニケーション能力や高い分析力、問題解決力、論理的推論力
・迅速な業務内容や環境の変化への適応で快適に作業できる· At least 1 year of experience in either data processing or data analysis
· Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (Oral & Written)
· Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
· Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
